A: Our boards are made from sustainably sourced Tasmanian Blackwood. We also use other varieties of Australian hardwoods from time to time for various projects.
Q: Are your boards safe for food?
A: Yes, all of our boards are food-safe as the timber we use is un-treated and naturally anti-bacterial. They have been finished with food-grade oil and natural beeswax to protect the wood and make it safe for serving food.
Q: Can I use your boards for other foods besides brisket?
A: Yes, our boards are all-purpose boards. They can be used for serving, charcuterie, prep, and even eating from directly.
