Warranty

At The Australian Brisket Board we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all of the boards we produce.

Fair wear & tear and general use is covered, but the following will VOID your warranty and entitlement of free replacement or repair:

• Dishwasher use will VOID your warranty. High heat and detergents will cause extreme drying and lead to cracking and warping
• Do not use under or near heat lamps. This will VOID your warranty. Wood is a natural fibre and regardless of variety or density will not stand up to exposure to high heat. This will cause expansion, cracking, and warping.
• DO NOT place hot pots and pans directly onto your board. Burning will occur and possible grain splitting, warping, or glue joint damage. This will VOID your warranty.
