Peach, like most fruit woods, works very well with white meat. It smokes well with a medium burn time and has a mild, sweet smell.

Chunks are best used in mid-sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers.

Where possible, we source our wood from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of insect damage on some of our wood
